Ubisoft San Francisco mandated us to create the video sequence showcasing Tom Clancy’s XDefiant’s logo. The goal was to convey the new IP’s wild, punk & rebellious aesthetics through various graph-style visuals.
We worked closely with our UK office to create variations of graph-style titles and took the direction of quick transitions that emphasized the wild & rebellious side of the IP. In addition to the transition animations, we played with various collages, graffiti elements, camera focal distortion, glitch effects and more to finally reveal this new audacious Tom Clancy logo.
